Mr. Ellis, Billie and the rest of his crew did an amazing job installing my HVAC Unit. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Very prompt, kind and courteous !! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I’ve used Ellis multiple times in the past I would call and they would come out that week and get the job done. I would be respectful, polite and pay what they’re owed with no problems. I guess they look at the situation differently because I’ve called on two different occasions and never got any response back. Just sitting on the waiting list for WEEKS until I have to go else where. No updates, no calls, no show. I have no clue what I did to that company but to me “now” they’re bias and help who they want to help. If I call they just take my name address and number. That’s the last of it

Richard is the nicest! They arrived when they said, gave a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Ellis for your plumbing needs! The Dad is just as nice. Very pleasant to do business with.

BEWARE - BAD Experience with this company Called the owner to complain about the charge of $1,668.00 to replace a water heater at my rental home in Midland, and then he added another $65 to the bill. I just changed out a water heater at my home, and it was $580 for the water Heater at Home Depot, and it took me 2 hours to install. His reason for charging so much was because other plumbers in town charge this much instead of charging me a reasonable amount for the time spent. I have many rental homes and the usual labor charge to install a 40 gal heater is $500 or less. Charging over $1000 for a couple of hours work is price gouging in my honest opinion. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Simply put, they get it done and at reasonable prices. Very professional, very courteous. They have taken care of my hot water heater, air conditioner, and various other tasks around the house. Each time they show up in their orange van, I'm relieved that they're here and I know it's going to be fixed right.
