We had a great experience with Elo. From start to finish they had the process super optimized. They guided us through the claim process with the insurance accurately and it was approved quickly. Most of the installation of the roof took a day, waited for the inspection of the county, and then completed the rest in an evening. Very clean job and organized execution. Out of all the companies that worked on our community after we got hail damage, this is the one that always impressed me the most. Highly recommended. Kudos to Jeff, Eric, and the rest of the team.

The crew did an amazing job. They work really hard to get the job done in one day. The guys were here before the sun was up and wasted no time! They were professional and thoroughly picked up all their mess. I only found 4 nails around the whole house. A week after the install the project manager came by to see how I liked my roof and had a huge magnet to pick up any metal or nails the guys left behind. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend you guys any and every day.

Dustin came to evaluate the damage to my roof and put a work order immediately. Dylan expedited the repair and made sure our roof was repaired the next day. The men who made the repair gave us a seamless repair. If I could get a higher rating I would.
