We had a great experience with Eloise’s Cleaning! This was our first time hiring a professional cleaning service as we’re listing our townhome on the market, and the entire process was super easy. Booking the appointment, creating the account, and getting in contact with the team was straightforward. They were able to get us on the schedule the very next day for later that same week, which was awesome. I’ll admit, some of the reviews I saw beforehand surprised me a bit, but our experience was genuinely great. The team was responsive and easy to reach during regular business hours. My Team has remained the same since I started - Raquel and Alexandre do an amazing job!! I have 3 Golden Retrievers and live in a fur factory. The house is spotless when they leave. The company also has great communication to remind me when they’re coming and following up to ensure I remain happy with their service. Highly recommend!

We used this service for a fresh clean before moving into our new home and they did such an amazing job! We have never used a cleaning service before but they were professional, attentive, easy to communicate with, and left the house in beautiful shape! I would highly recommend Maria with Eloise’s! She was prompt in her arrival and left my home spotless! She was supposed to come with one other person, but she did it all on her own and she did such a great job! Her cleaning was very thorough and efficient. In general, everyone was great to work with and very professional.
