The negative reviews you see are posted by spammers who never used this business and I know this because the owner died in February 2021 and the business dissolved. Sadly, his daughter was and is being doxed by a woman with whom she had a minor dispute that resulted in the woman turning her YouTube, TikTok and Instagram followers against the family...not caring one iota that Mr. Elphick had died months before they posted their "reviews." Sickening, actually.
