They are scammers. Point blank period. My key got stuck and broke off in the ignition and we called them because their address was like a mile away. Their initial ETA was 40 minutes but we kept having to call them just for them to push the ETA even further - Ended up waiting 3 hours in a parking lot on New Year's Eve and when the dude finally showed up he charged $400 for I'm not even kidding you 2 and a half minutes of work. My key wasn't even broken (came out in one piece) and I had a spare so I didn't need a replacement. Completely shameless. I've literally never written a negative review in my life, and I understand that it's NYE. But 40 mins vs 3 hours is crazy when the place is listed as being a mile away and $400 for 2 MINUTES of work is just completely egregious and disgusting. I g

He did a great job. He was nice, knowledgeable, and was able to easily explain things to me. I’m so happy I chose this company and will use it again in the future.
