2.5/5. This tree service was a disappointment. Emilio Vidal came and did the quote in person. I pointed out exactly what needed to be done, stating that the biggest issue is we have a lot of power lines that run under the tree. I said that we needed the branches trimmed back and away from the roof of the house (tall 2 story house), all of the dead limbs/material removed, as well as the tree trimmed back from the garage/neighbors yard. And with us keeping the wood to save $$$. We were quoted $800.00 for that and schedule for 0900 2 weeks later. They didn’t show up until 0945 with no call or text letting me know they were running late. I texted and no reply. Had to call to know that they were even on their way. They did a great job and we were happy with it however, they did not complete the

Jason at Elyria Tree Service and his amazing team did a truly impressive job for us on November 17, 2020. We had Elyria Tree Service remove 12 60-80’ oaks from our yard, wood removed and stumps ground. These guys had it done in one day! I couldn’t believe it... The entire team with Elyria Tree Service were safe, professional and efficient. I had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

Extremely fast service, called on Wednesday started and finished on Thursday!!! Only sign of them was 1 tree removed,, and 2 trimmed beautifully,, clean up was spotless !!!!! Breath of fresh air,,, young crew working very hard,, and not one voice raised all day!!!! Highly recommended,,,crew felt like family,,, thanks all again!!!
