Replaced entire HVAC system in our home due to our severely outdated system going out. These folks were amazing to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks came out and provided us several options and very clear quotes to review. Once a decision was made by us, the parts were ordered and then another great group of technicians came out for the install. We were highly satisfied with the service that was provided!!

They were excellent to work with. Answering any questions we may have had. They discussed multiple options on new units and helped us figure out which one was best for us. All the workers were respectful and courteous. I definitely recommend this company over any others in the area. Even after installing our new unit they have always took the time to help or answer any questions we had on the new unit as well. As a company they definitely make you feel appreciated you for choosing them instead of just another sale and moving on.

Incredible work, E&M techs installed my Mitsubishi Split Unit in a few hours, which included some very low crawl space work. The unit has worked flawlessly provides incredible cooling, and heating for our home addition. The warranty was the selling point for me though, providing great value and assurance knowing we are covered for 10 years. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

My kitchen sink clogged right before Christmas. My husband tried to unclog with no success. We called E& M on Thursday and they came on Friday! The receptionist was so kind and the workers were very professional! I can't brag on the service enough!!! We will definitely use them for any heating, air-conditioning or plumbing problems again! E and M are great to work with. Had a hot summer needed Freon in our central air. They came out the same day, told me several options. Everyone is always nice and respectful. I’ve had them come out several times over the years. Always call them whenever we have heat or cooling problems.
