We used emaids of CC for about 1.5-2 years for standard cleanings every 2 months. They were very receptive to work with us on pricing and schedule. After a little bit of turnover in the beginning, we eventually had 1 consistent cleaner come for most of the time, who quickly picked up on our preferences and did a great job. As may be common in this industry, she eventually left and we were assigned a new person. After about 3-4 cleans, it seems she has left as well. Unfortunately the quality of work varies greatly from cleaner to cleaner. Our last cleaning was today, where our regular person either called out or quit, and another person who had cleaned for us one time came instead.
