Ember Keepers Chimney and Fireplace

Ember Keepers provided AMAZING service to replace my fireplace refractory wall. First of all, you can actually speak to a person when you call! If you leave a message, your call is returned by helpful, knowledgeable staff. Once it was time for my appointment, the technician communicated when he would arrive and arrived on time. Chance was EXTREMELY knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. He had a trainee with him that was also friendly. When he returned to complete the job, all of the above applied and they had cleaned up as nothing had happened. Chance also tolerated my dogs :) I had to wait for an initial appointment, but it was worth the wait. I HIGHLY recommend Ember Keepers and Chance!

We had a fantastic experience with Michael. He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and did a thorough job cleaning our chimney. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even gave us helpful tips for keeping things safe and efficient through the winter.
