Matt was excellent! Great communication! I had a bad feeling about our “fireplace” after we bought the house and investigated it more closely. I decided to call these wonderful professionals before lighting it. Turns out my fears were well founded. The fireplace built into our newly purchased house was not only “just for show,” but would have been a serious hazard to our little family. The gas lines were all hooked up well enough, but the manufacturer warning of it being only for display, and the lack of venting would have leeched carbon monoxide into our house. Matt was thorough, provided options, and justified my previous concerns. In the end we decided not to install and rebuild, but he still stuck around to explain the gas logs, their operation, and how to prevent accidental incidents

Dan from Emberstone came out today to inspect our wood burning fireplace for the first time since we have bought our home about 3 years ago. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection.
