Emco Roofing Contractors

After getting 3 roof estimates I went with Emco. They was the only company that told me step by step on the process of my new roof. After completion of the roof I was very happy with the work. Made my home look great. The sales team to the installers where very polite and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. They know what they are doing. Great Job Emco. Taylor

I think any positive reviews here are fake. They took my deposit and didn’t return my calls for months. They took the roof off and left the house open to the elements for a very long time, and the property then needed thousands in mold remediation. The roof was actually installed, which was great, but they left the job site a complete mess. They also never bothered to close out the permit which made a sale blow up when I tried to sell the house. Communication was zero. This company is a complete disaster. Please avoid at all costs.

Very poor communication from this company. 2-4 days for response, if any. Called back 3 times for repairs and still a leaky roof. Asked for quote to replace roof, never heard from them again. Would not recommend wasting your money.

Our public adjuster recommended this company to rebuild our chimney after we found a leak which was causing damage to our ceiling. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate on a weekday morning. I arranged for a babysitter for my 2 little ones at home and waited for the estimator to arrive. But he never showed up. I called and spoke with him about when he would be at my house and he said he wouldn't be able to make. Had too much on his schedule and he forgot to put me on his calendar (this guy is the GM, too). So I called the office and spoke with one of the owners. He offered to come out and do the inspection/estimate of the damage, which he did. When he was done, he told me the estimate would be sent to me by the end of the day. Well, that never happened. B

These people have taken my parents money and run! They completed a roof poorly and here we are maybe 6 months later its leaking ruining their dry wall. I am disgusted by their behavior. My parents took out a home loan to get a new roof and these people are absolute crooks. We have been calling and calling getting one excuse after another. Now they are paying payments on a reno loan for a roof that isn't installed properly for THOUSANDS of dollars and we cant complete the work that needs to be done inside due to these heartless crooks. Beware of using them unless you want incomplete work, and irresponsible contractors. They could care less and will feed you all kinds of excuses.
