Nice product, good customer service, however little willingness or flexibility in shipping costs even given prior order. $20-$30 dollars to ship the single extra tube I needed is unfortunate. I won't be ordering from them again and can't recommend their company which is a shame on all sides. Response per 5/12/25 reply by mfg: Thanks you for the reply. If your shipping pricing becomes more favorable/flexible, I would be happy to reconsider re-ordering. Your product is excellent (as is your customer service) and you are a made in USA manufacturer which are compelling virtues. No hard feelings; just a matter of affordability on this end. I came across Emecole after doing a Google search asking if I need to fix a 1/8" vertical floor to ceiling crack in the foundation. There was a video on the website that explained it is easy to repair and explained the difference between epoxy and polyurethane. The video gave me the confidence to take on the task on my own with a repair kit as opposed to paying hundreds of dollars to pay someone to repair it for me. I ordered a kit and it came very quickly. When it arrived everything was packaged neatly and safely. The printed directions were easy to understand but the best was the how-to video.
