Barrier Reef is a joke of a company. They are the quickest company to cash your check, but they are the worst at customer service. We have had our pool for the past two and a half years and it’s been nothing but problems. We have had issues with our ozone system (replaced twice) filtration and electrical systems, we had our remote and lights repaired multiple times. Now my whole pool has become discolored with weird stains at the bottom as well, which we should have a 10 year warranty, but their front office says that because we don’t have a paper trail from a pool maintenance company showing them maintaining our pool for three months, that there is nothing they can do. I originally was going to get a gunite pool, but John from Barrier Reef pools convinced me otherwise. ANYONE that is thin
