Emerald Lawn Sprinklers did a great job on my new home. Jay and crew not only installed my sprinkler system within days of contacting them, but also worked on adding gutter drainage below the ground. His knowledge and experience clearly showed the first time he came to my new home as he explained how the sprinklers should be installed based on my expectations. His estimate and final price was reasonable. Sprinklers work great. Also, during some heavy rains I noticed I had a problem with the gutters' fittings and Jay came back and fixed the problem in a timely fashion and with quality. Jay's wife is very nice and responsive and if you need anything she will get back to you promptly.

These clowns told us they would be at our house by 10am to install irrigation in the front yard and tie in our back yard sprinklers to the WiFi controller. They showed up around 3:30pm and left and hour later the first day. The following day they didn’t show up until 4pm and then they disappeared for 3 days before coming back to “finish” the job. The wiring they installed for the WiFi controller never worked and stupidly we paid all but $100 with the promise they would be back to fix it. Here we are 3 weeks later, and our system doesn’t work, they won’t call us back or respond to text messages. They’re a bunch of scamming clowns. Do not waste your time or money.

Jay of Emerald Lawn Sprinklers installed a complete 8,000 square foot system for me in 2 days. He is fantastic to deal with, prompt, reliable and easily accomodates any changes or requests without issue. His quality of work is 2nd to none, and I've had several sprinkler system installs performed in other homes I've owned in NJ.

I spoke with the owner first thing on Saturday morning about a ruptured line in my system. He said he couldn't give me a specific time but that he would be there that day or the next and would text me when he was on his way. As it was getting late on Sunday and not having heard from him? I called and got his VM. I left a message and received no call back or text. Terrible service and not dependable!

If I could give this company a negative review I would . I’m sure they will respond too this and try and save face but I promise you it’s only because there now scrambling because of what the owner Jay just texted me . Not only did he no show no called me the first two appointments , he hired a drunk to put in my manifold which jay the owner admitted too. I had a leak the next day and jay came over to fix it only to have it leak again a day later . The head was spraying in my neighbors yard so I moved it to stop the leak and because I did he said it wasn’t under warranty . Well if a drunk guy didn’t install my 2 thousand dollar system maybe it wouldn’t leak?
