Curtis was amazing! We had an emergency, I called on a Friday, he answered immediately and offered support. He gave us options and up front pricing. He was flexible knowledgeable and fast! We agreed to get the service done on Monday, he went out and our tenant was very pleased with his customer service! She said the windows looked great and were so clear she couldn’t even tell they were there. We were very pleased. We highly recommend Emergency Glass Company!

Curtis was great to us. Very good at communicating. The turn around from the appointment/ estimation and measurements to actually getting the glass in my window replaced is phenomenal. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone in need.

Absolutely quick, friendly and professional service. This company will do it right every time. Emergency board up, glass replacement, insulated units, storefronts, glass walls, you named it and they'll do it without hesitate. If there were more stars I would add them all.

If I could give them -100 Stars I would. Despite being quick to come out to fix my window, my window was not fixed. Parts of my window on the inside are missing which now causes the window to fog and for some reason the technician decided to caulk and ruin my entire window. I've tried calling and texting multiple times yet I've been ghosted after I notified the owner Curtis that my window was not repaired properly by his technician Chris. What a shame.
