I called several businesses that claimed they provided mold removal service and absolutely none of them were as knowledgeable, priced reasonable, passionate and responsive as Ben and Jeff. When I first spoke with Ben he answered all of my questions, and shared his educational and work experience background. Although I could appreciate education, it was Ben’s willingness, effort and intention to solve the problem that made me appreciate him more. All I can say if you are not calling Ben and Jeff for your water restoration and mold issues, you are missing out on exceptional service. Ben and his team did an excellent job in restoring our property for mold damage. This was a big task. His team worked with attention to detail and brought our property back to its original condition. The workers were diligent, courteous, and kind. They responded quickly to our issue and completed the task in a prompt manner. The process of getting mold remediation quotes can be lengthy and intimidating. I purchased our commercial building this year, and the never-ending laundry list of renovations had me at wits end. Ben's crew arrived on time each day and were courteous to me and respectful of my home, all the while doing their work.
