We had a great experience with Emerson Carpet One. The sales lady was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were awesome. They got right to work and did a great job. I would definitely do more business with them it was a pleasant experience. And the owner Leigh stopped by just to check on the job. Now that’s a great way to run a business.

I absolutely love what Emerson Carpets did for my project. I have beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring in my home, but I needed something to help with acoustics. I chose a gorgeous carpet that they custom-bound into a large rug, and it looks absolutely fabulous in my space. They were wonderful at helping me select the perfect option for my style, and the quality is far superior to what you find at big home improvement stores. I couldn’t be happier.

After inquiring with 6 different flooring places between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Jennifer at Emerson was the most communicative, helpful person I met with and saved me at least $ 2,200 in product costs. She even returned calls when she was out of the office to make sure I was informed and that things went smoothly. Definitely above and beyond service.

This is my second time I have worked with Jeff at Emerson for flooring at my house. It is so nice to have a person come to your house and look at your issue and explain what you need. I have been very please on both of my purchases and would recommend Emerson to anyone for your flooring needs.

Excellent!!! Customer Service. I called about a specific tile and Mr. Mike immediately confirmed that item was in stock. He suggested that I would bring a sample of the tile I needed. Thank GOD a match was made. I appreciate Mr. Mike for making my journey complete there at Emerson.
