Jonathan explained everything from start to finish and Billy was amazing on-site all day as my Project Manager. Superior Owen’s product and attention to all the details. Could not believe the were done in a day and the roof looks great!! Would highly recommend using this company, I’ve already recommended them to my best friend who needs a new roof.

Our old roof was 28 years. A replacement was denied by two insurance companies before someone representing Emerson rang our doorbell. I don't usually talk to solicitors, but this time was different. The rep seemed very confident that they could get us a new roof and that a guy named Ron would be calling me. Turns out he was right. Ron has been outstanding through the entire process. He helped file the claim and then put his know how to work. I'm happy to say the communication has been great! The install team was awesome. The installation took two days due to the roof size. The team showed up very early, like 630 am, and worked til sundown each day. They covered everything on the ground includong the pool. The cleanup was great. Most of all, the roof looks awesome! We had a great experience with Emerson Home Services. We worked with Tanner and he was a true please to work with. He was very helpful, patient and took the time to explain every step along the way. He helped handle the insurance company and the claim, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The work was done quickly, and they were very considerate of us and our neighbors. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

Lauren and Ramona handled our roofing needs better than I could have ever expected. We met Ramona by pure happenstance because of our dogs at Reformation Brewery during the week before the closing on our house which needed a new roof within a week for us to be able to get insurance and close on our house.
