Eminent Mechanical replaced my dated AC unit with a new efficient Heat Pump. Kyle arrived on time for the estimate, offered a 2 year warranty on labor (vs the competitive market of only one year) and the price was less than other estimates that I received for the job. Once hired he and a team of 2 others removed the old, installed the new, disposed of the old, set up a new Nest thermostat, and walked me through all the work that had been done and how to operate the new system, all in a single day. Kyle also provided me with, and helped me fill out all the paperwork for a refund from EnergizeCT, saving me $3000 based upon the system I purchased.
