WATCH OUT ITS A SCAM. I had them come to fix my fridge. They ordered the wrong part, and it took a month to arrive. Meanwhile, there was no communication from them. Ruben came to fix it, but he showed up late and didn’t have the necessary tools to fix the fridge. Then comes back and says that LG gave him the incorrect part. This is a scam they are keeping the part they ordered that I was told by LG its mine to keep. Now they have a brand new compressor out of me. Demand the part back if this happens to you I’m going to call the FTC.

Cagels closed so Emmanuel Appliances now carries parts for those of us who repair our own stuff. Nice people who are knowledgeable and have NEW parts for your appliance as well as appliances. Just a few feet away is a shop that sells used appliances and Goggle Maps seems to point to that shop instead. Drive a little further in the parking lot for Emmanuel Appliances. Some of the pictures seem to be from that shop instead of Emmanuel Appliances. You will notice one of Cagels tools in the shop.

This was not the first time I have used their services and there is a reason for that. I had a completely clogged drain hose in my washing machine. Completely my own fault. My technician, Carlos A. , showed up on time did a wonderful job. My questions were all answered and I won’t make the error that caused the problem again. As well as being very satisfied with the service I was pleased with what it cost. Emmanuel Appliances is my choice for repairs.

If I could give zero star, I would. We called for a washer repair and told them it was a control board issue after following Samsung’s troubleshoot instructions. Carlos came out for 3 minutes, just turned on and off the washer, only to tell me that it’s a control board issue and they don’t recommend repairing. He still proceed to charge me $75 for service call when he offered no new information. I feel scammed.

Apparently, EA took over Cagle's repair service. What a (negative) difference. First of all, this company's communication skills are really lacking. Repair person came out to fix large burner on a GE stovetop. After trying everything, told us we needed a whole new burner, about $175+installation. Said they had to order part. When I finally called them to find out what was going on, I was told they could not get part-- that I had to buy one on the internet from a 3rd-party vendor+they would install it. Btw, I had paid the service-call fee. After the part number they gave me didn't match anything on the internet, I called a different, big-name, repair service. The guy fixed it in about 5 minutes. Works perfectly. In our opinion, these people are not trustworthy. And, the new guy didn't char
