Valet parking is terrible. The employees working tried to scam me out of 40$. I paid the valet parking and tipped 25$ on top of that to the employees and they were still trying to scam me out of 40$ on top of what I paid and tipped.

This lot is above ground so I prefer it to the other; be prepared to walk. Thankfully it’s all covered bridges above the street but allow extra time & more if it’s your first time there

On Tuesday night, I visited the ER in significant pain. During the check-out process, I experienced some issues with my car. Roi Bowman immediately came over, introduced himself, and, seeing the level of pain I was in, guided me to a comfortable and safe place. Despite a busy environment, he made sure my needs were addressed while continuing to support incoming patients. Shortly after, Jayce Carter also stepped in to assist. Although they were simply doing their jobs, both Roi and Jayce went above and beyond to ensure my situation was handled with care and compassion, alleviating additional stress during a difficult time. Parked here many times for more than a decade. Nice pedestrian bridge above traffic. Enter from Clifton Road via Lowergate Drive. Google Maps will direct you to drive to the exit and walk through the parking garage to the entrance, so you will have to drive around the block to the entrance.
