Had to take my dad in for surgery which went well ❤️‍🩹. Beautiful scenery at the 3rd highest floor.🌇

They lost our keys ínside my car; but when we came to claim the car, no one told us that. They also didn't tell us that they were not going to pull the car around, because the battery was dead. We waited 30 minutes with cold wind blowing before they told us that! It appears that someone left the key turned on while listening to our radio with the window down, until the battery went dead. Why was the camera pulled out of the socket?? That's the way we found our car; with the window rolled down, battery dead, and keys missing. I found the keys in the middle console, covered up with paper. When my husband and my brother asked them, they said they never had the keys! ...so how did they move the car? We had to charge our own battery. Why did we need to pay for that kind of service?

The entrance is a bit wired, the rate is okay, spaces of each level is not a lot so you will have to spin all the way down to lower level.

Everyone I came in contact with was always a smiling and friendly. My son is in the tower. And I want you all to know how I love you and everything your doing to help my son recover. The whole tower staff is amazing

This is the most confusing place to get sent to. It's like a mini walkable spaghetti junction. Just people looking very hurried and lost, which I quickly find out why.
