Can you please explain how a HVAC parts box with a shipping label addressed to you ended up hidden on the side of an elderly woman's house? This elderly woman was taken advantage of and received a hack job of an AC install. Taking advantage of elderly is considered a hate crime in the state of NY. What an absolute disgust this company is. Not only did they terribly install a system for an elderly lady, but they tried to blame it on someone else. If Empera mechanical had any care for there own company, and care for there customers, they would have kept track on there expenses, kept in touch with there customers for yearly maintenance, and properly commissioned there system. They claim “some kid” purchased there order from the supply house with cash, and unbenounced to them this kid poorly installed the system outside of there company…. But wait.. there’s more! They also claimed prior that it was one of there own “disgruntled employees who had installed this equipment and then quit. Saw this companies work online. They robbed an elderly woman and left a mess. Improper installation and left garbage all over the job site. What a disgrace and the true definition of grifters.
