Great company. Depth of knowledge was amazing. Another company gave up on trying to resolve an issue on new equipment they installed. Emperor solved the problem in 15 minutes, that was a few years ago and have been using them ever since.

Emperor HVAC are absolutely brilliant. After suffering continuous freeze up issues throughout every Summer for 6 Years, Emperor diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately! US Air and Heat (Sebastian and Vero) installed our Trane AC unit 6 years ago but did a shoddy, unprofessional job. Including not sealing the intake box, which was ultimately what caused us 6 years of headaches and suffering in the sweltering Florida summers with this unit. After US Air and Heat was unable to diagnose their own error for next 3 years, we finally dropped them and began using Barker Air Conditioning. But then for another 3 years, they also never found the root cause of our problem. They replaced the motor last year, which did nothing to fix the problem. Honest, fair and prompt. Had another company misdiagnose the problem and quote me an astronomical number. Emperor came out gave a completely different diagnosis and saved me a TON of money.
