I had an excellent experience with Empire Air & Heat, especially working with Chase. Chase was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. The service was prompt, honest, and stress-free, which is not always easy to find. You can tell Chase truly cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend Empire Air & Heat and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Empire Air And heat were amazing today. Three wonderful young man came in and worked very efficiently making very little noise keeping to their selves having to deal with my little pups barking without any issues. They did an amazing job they cleaned up after themselves. They’d make sure that I was satisfied. Thank you so very much to Empire Air heat for also being able to help me out as quickly as they did!!! Outstanding service from start to finish. Empire Air and Heat was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The service team was truly top notch, and they completely cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. A special shoutout to Jimmy, the technician who handled our A/C installation. He was super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process go much smoother than expected. You can tell he really knows his stuff. It had to have been one of the hottest days and my air conditioner died. The house was getting hotter and hotter. There was no way I was going to tolerate this. I called Eddie from Empire. He was there within the hour. He went straight up to the attic, which must have been about a 110° and then outside to the unit. After 2 hours of wrenching, phonecalls, and pure sweat, it was determined that my old airconditioner could not be brought back to life and it would need to be replaced. I started calling around for different quotes. I have to say, WOW! what an investment. Unbeknownst to me, Eddie was on the phone as well with his boss. I was very surprised and pleased when he told me how much it would cost for a brand new, 1/2 ton larger, and more efficient unit. I didn't have to do a thing. Emp
