Super impressed! Prompt, professional, friendly AND less expensive than others in town. Desmond and Mario got the work done quickly and expertly and didn't even laugh at me for one of my "electrical problems" being needing a new lightbulb I could have easily reached/ordered on my own! (duh!) So, they are also not afraid to help you save money if the fix is an easy one. Thank you, Empire--what a great team!
