Empire Electrical Service did a fantastic job moving quickly on an emergency repair, particularly when a permit and inspections were needed. Techs were very professional and timely. They wrapped up the job under budget and very quickly with the work passing the inspection with flying colors.

George did an outstanding job. He was punctual, courteous and hardworking. He put in new fixtures in our warehouse and went the extra mile by replacing the burnt out bulbs in the existing lights while he was on the lift. He also installed a charging station for our forklift and put in a new outlet in the conference room. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before he left. His performance was outstanding and highly deserving of 10+ stars.

As a 100% satisfied client, I am pleased to say, these guys deserve six stars and I'm planning on using them again in the very near future. They did an excellent job fixing an electrical issue I had. We had a tree fall next to our house that completely detached the wires all the way past the meter. I spoke with a lady to schedule an appointment unfortunately no appointments were available any time soon but because it was an emergency she bent over backwards to make it happen. Empire Electrical Service were at my home first thing the next morning. Jacob was very professional, and friendly he finished early enough to have the work inspected and the power turned back on the same day.

Another great job by the Empire Electrical Service team. They installed a sub-panel to supply my furnace and steam humidifier. The technicians were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They arrived on-time and everything was done and cleaned up within a couple of hours. Thanks again for the great work!
