Solid Work, but Project Management Needs Improvement ​Overall, the new fence looks good, and we are pleased with the final product. ​The installer, Abram, put in a tremendous amount of effort, especially with the demanding work of pulling out hundreds of pounds of old concrete, which we greatly appreciate. ​However, the project completion was delayed by approximately one month past the estimated timeline. The primary challenge was a lack of consistent communication regarding the schedule. We had to text multiple times to request the final completion of the job. ​The initial agreement included removing and hauling away the old fence for which we paid $1,200 for. Due to the extended wait, and to expedite the process, we ended up disposing the majority of the remaining old fencing ourselves.

Great service. I had several questions throughout the install as I didnt know what to expect and how things would all come together. Abram was very patient and professional. Always communicating with me about where they were at in the process. We ran into the issue of my sprinklers being right on the property line and the fence install being on top of them. Abram was very concerned with being sure I was taken care of and happy with the install. He used his resources and was able to help me have my sprinklers moved and made sure of my satisfaction. Just awesome! Would recommend.

Was looking for fencing done and they came and quoted me and ran pricing and everything over got the material and got working. Very easy to work with highly recommend.

We hired Abram with Empire fencing to finish 75’ of an existing fence. They were never on time, often days late for appointments without letting us know in advance, making us miss time at school and work. We had them do a bid weeks in advance, he never ordered the correct color of fence so we would have had to wait 5 more weeks for materials. He dug the holes (incorrectly spaced, didn’t match our existing fence) without having the materials. We were told materials were waiting to be delivered, after they never showed up multiple times, was told it would be 5 weeks to get what he needed to finish after holes were dug. Bid was done in the wrong color, $800 lower than what the job actually would have been. Was extremely unhappy with what little service was provided to us. We didn’t feel like
