Drivers fly around speeding and riding peoples ass. Definitely would never use a company that drive their fuel trucks like they do. I see why the 3 stars.

I have been a loyal customer for the last 8 years. I had an absolute terrible experience today. My delivery was unable to be delivered due to the truck running out of fuel. Patrick called me to notify that my delivery would be rescheduled for tomorrow. When I began to ask questions i.e Can another truck deliver today?, Why didn’t the truck scheduled for my delivery have enough fuel?, Why was I being notified so late in the day? Patrick became annoyed with my questions, he began to be rude in his answers and then he just hung up the phone on me. I called back to get his supervisors name, only to find out he was the supervisor. Adriana was amazing, she was patient and very understanding as I was upset after having to deal with Patrick and his lack of professionalism and customer service. Sh

Loyal customer for years. Called on a Thursday for a fill up of fuel oil, was quoted .05 less than a competitor, all good Was told to expect my delivery on Saturday. Was away until Monday and came home to a delivery slip that charged .51 per gallon more than what I was quoted. Called and was told because there was an oil price increase on Friday, they had no choice but to up the price!!! What?? Was also told that phone calls were placed to all their customers regarding the increase, but we had no message on our machine and no calls to our cells. Empire is matching or beating the competitor to secure your business and then charges you more upon delivery. Such bad business. They do not deserve my loyal business. I have been using Empire Fuel for years now, Excellent customer service and the best pricing in the area. The service department is extremely fast and easy to deal with. Every time I have had an issue with my heat, they have been there within hours of the phone call. and today was no different. Thank you.
