I was looking to finally take the leap to get impact windows, so of course I got a few estimates. I decided to go with Empire and I am so happy I did!!! They made the entire process so easy and offer great pricing and professional service!

I contracted Empire Home Pros to do impact windows and a metal roof. Needless to say I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism throughout the entire project. Used Empire in a previous project on my investment property and will be using them again in the future. Thank you to Shane , Mauricio and the entire Empire team!

Had a great experience with Empire and Maurico. Did an excellent job and the communication was top notch. Definitely highly recommended!!!!

I would not even give them 1 star. I referred my neighbor to them and we both have issues with their installation, customer service and quality of workmanship. Bad from start to finish. Horrible trim work with caulking, damaged my downspout and never repaired it. Damaged and bent one of my screens and never fixed it. I have to pay hundreds of dollars to make repairs. No return calls once they got paid. Biggest financial mistake that I have made. I got schooled by a great salesman and now I am paying the price.
