In early August of 2024 I began working with “Dennis” on the purchase and install of an entry door at my home. When Dennis became ill he turned over the job to his installer Mark Warner of Prime-Time Construction in early September. Despite several requests Mark was unwilling to provide any details of the job on his business invoice and would consistently only text a payment app with a copied and pasted product information blurb of a door with no Model number to confirm. I had repeatedly told mark I did not use payment apps the information was vague, and I needed the details of the door on his business invoice. From our first meeting with Peter until the last workers left the job site, we were impressed with the professionalism of all staff and workers. We were given a few options on how to correct our roofing problems and all details of each plan were clearly outlined. The work that was done was completed by a crew that was highly organized and respectful of our property. The work was completed in one day and the cleanup that was done by the roofers was outstanding. Our property was left in the same condition as it was at the start of the job. Pete Damiano of Empire Improvements is a businessman with integrity, something we consumers don't find very often these days. Recently I was struggling between making much needed improvements to my current home, or purchasing a condo and simplifying my life. I called Empire Improvements, based on a friends recommendation, and spoke with Pete. He was wonderful and really helped me weigh the pros and cons. In the end, I made the decision to sell my current home and buy the condo. If you are looking for a business that still has good old fashioned values, and respect for their customers, I would highly recommend Empire Improvements and Pete Damiano.

Came for an estimate. Wasn’t impressed went with a different contractor with better price. Gave recommendation for another job I needed done and the recommendation person came and ripped me off. I wouldn’t recommend.

Empire home improvement have done a lot of work for me inside and out my house from the roof to the siding and Windows too always very professional
