Avoid at All Costs - Safety Hazard ​This was a nightmare. I was trapped with at least four other cars trying to exit, and the entire system failed. The credit card machines malfunctioned, and the automatic barrier refused to open. ​The most terrifying part? The "Emergency" button is a total sham. When pressed, it sounds like it’s dialing a number, but nobody ever answers. We were abandoned by management with no way out. ​I eventually had to call 911, and the Fire Department had to respond to the scene just so we could physically exit the garage. This isn't just a technical glitch; it is a massive safety violation. If there had been a fire or a medical emergency, we would have been sitting ducks. ​Save yourself the stress and the potential danger: Do not park here.

I bought a commuter pass and it didn't work because the app was not working. I had to pay $28.00 in addition to the $12.80 I paid. This is the second time this has happened to me in the few weeks I've been parking in this garage. There is no one to reach out to and no on at the garage to assist. Im reading the reviews and it seems like this happens often, what the heck.. How is this not fixed and why are you allowed to operate like this?

I enjoy strolling through Empire Outlets and picking up little odds and ends. Cotton On used to be my favorite spot, so I was disappointed when it closed recently. However, I recently discovered the crepe truck near Shake Shack, and it was a delightful find! The matcha pineapple crepe paired with hot cocoa was absolutely delicious. Empire Outlets is definitely a cute spot for a solo date or a self-love/self-care day.

Not many stores, isolated entrance low lighting. Did not see any security guards in any corner or location until students were dismissed all of sudden around 5 of them appeared. The parking pay meters to exit were not working, and the machine did not return my ticket. After an attendant appeared 10 min later it took 20 min for the people at the call center to assist, they wanted to charge me 28 dollars for a whole days parking I was there 1 hr only after the attendant assisted me they charged me for 1:30! It took me 30 min to resolve the issue and they charged me. What a Scam!

Most convenient parking place with reasonable price. Easy access with fully automated payment system and high security. Not much crowded so no need to wait in long queue. All benefit of parking vehicle under the hood and no risk to damage vehicles. 24hrs open parking and cost per hour is not expensive. This is the perfect parking location for Staten Island ferry ride for New York.
