Top notch experience! We recently used Empire for mold remediation in our crawl space and utility/laundry room. The entire staff made the process so easy and as pleasant as possible (pleasant and home repair don't usually go together). From the initial assessment through the final check, everyone from Empire we dealt with was incredibly knowledgable, polite and accommodating. The actual repair crew was above and beyond - meticulous work in the repair, and they even fixed the botched trim job our contractors left from our addition a few years ago (said contractors were the reason for the mold in the first place - they used improper plumbing fittings that didn't hold, causing a massive leak/flood under the house). Extremely detail oriented, and were even offering to hang a new set of shelves

We had a burst pipe and our home was flooded. Empire did an amazing job identifying where the moisture damage was located and removed the damaged items quickly and efficiently. Tom was so knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with his professional assessment. Tom lead 4 men who worked very well as a team. What happened to us was very upsetting and we would hate for this to happen to anyone else, but if it does we would highly recommended Empire.

I hired Empire Restoration to perform work at my Condo at the Jersey Shore. Bathroom and Bedroom restoration due to an issue with water damage. From the start I dealt with Lyndsay in the office who did original assessment of project. She was helpful, courteous, and professional. Pleasure to deal with. The work was performed by Tom Gallagher and his work partner Devon. Could not be more happy with finished project. Tom had great suggestions as project moved on and work was completed on time. Beautiful Job Tom and Devon. I also received compliments form other Condo Residents about how considerate and professional Empire Crew was while working on the property. Thanks Again!!!

There aren't enough characters to express how great Empire is. From top to bottom EVERY employee is great and from my experience, customer service is the cornerstone of the business. My family home experience a major flood at the start of 2025 and with little direction on what to do, I was recommended Empire and the rest is history. From the mitigation and remediation process, to the clean up and then the overall rebuild, Empire IS GREAT. Very trust worthy company that cares about the customer and their needs. Special shout out to both Tom's, Joe, Lyndsay and the entire crew. Hands down Empire is the way to go if you ever find your self in need of Restoration or Contracting needs. I cannot give enough praise for Tom and Chris. The expertise in their workmanship, the attention to detail, the communication, the cleanliness , were all outstanding. Even our puppy loved working alongside them!
