We are currently in the process of selling our home and the buyers wanted the roof to be inspected. Ryan arrived to my home, introduced himself and proceeded to inspect the roof. We had some areas that needed to be sealed, and he showed us the videos and pictures of the areas that needed attention. He was very professional, and he was also very knowledgeable. Sergio and Empire Roofing sent a great crew to replace my roofing tiles. It's been a great experience from start to finish. Sergio was my first contract and expertly handled the whole process even when my insurance carrier initially denied my claim. He was instrumental in getting them to reconsider and finally accept.
