What stood out most was his honesty, he took the time to explain the issue clearly, gave me all my options, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. He always arrives on time, skilled to diagnosed problems quickly, and able to have everything running smoothly in no time. It’s rare to find a company that combines true expertise with integrity, but Manny and his team really nailed it. Highly recommend if you're looking for an AC company you can truly trust, he is the BEST!!

Empire Air Conditioning is a very experienced, reliable and fairly price company. Mr Vega is extremely knowledgable on air conditioning and refrigerators, he will definitely figure out how to solve any issues your appliance is having. I can't say enough good things about Empire Service and Repair!! Over the last several years trying many (unprofessional) companies I finally found THE ONE that provides the best services, pricing, and punctuality!!! Any problem I've had whether it be the refrigerator, A/C Unit, or the washer and dryer they have always provided five star service so if your on the fence and trying to figure out who you're going to call don't think twice!!
