Empire State Plumbing

We had pipes burst due to the cold weather, and Roger and Empire State Plumbing were excellent! All the local companies to me were not available. Empire came quickly and the job was completed and our home is working as it should! Roger was awesome and very kind to us. Empire State Plumbing is who will use going forward. A first rate company. The young lady on the phone(pardon me for forgetting your name) was very kind and helpful too!

Was very knowledgeable and carefully explained our options and answered all our questions. Looking forward to having him back to do the work! Had Logan and Jake back to do the work we had discussed. Replace a toilet with pressure flush, replace shower fixture with all new and create water shut offs, replace drain and lines in bathroom sink, replace shower fixtures and create shut offs for this second shower as well. They did an awesome job is just over half a day! Very impressed with both Logan and Jake. They were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and the work they completed looked awesome! Thank you guys!😄

Very professional and came to my rescue! My boiler stopped working on Saturday, just in time for the biggest snowstorm and coolest temperatures of the winter so far. I called for an appointment on Wednesday and they were able to send someone out the very next day. My boiler is pretty old but Roger was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix it. He never tried to push me to buy a new one, as other plumbers have done in the past. I will definitely be calling Empire Plumbing for my future plumbing/heating needs.

Not a great overall experience. Had a leaking toilet valve. Very friendly guy showed up, looked around, and fixed the valve in 5 minutes. $500. After he left, toilet wasn’t filling. Super frustrated, I called back and they sent out another couple guys the next day. They gave me all sorts of estimates for varying services. The cheapest (after offering to completely replace a perfectly fine 8-year-old toilet that we hardly ever use, for $1,354) was to replace the fill valve. The fill valve issue: Sediment in the filter. I cleaned it out in two minutes and the toilet is running fine. They wanted $538.35 to replace the valve with a new one…that costs $10.

Jake was friendly and professional. He was quite knowledgeable about each plumbing issue we had, and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Bonus: he cleaned up and didn't leave a mess!
