Bad business, very unreasonable and unprofessional staff, cursed out for no reason. Lie about they hours of operation seat and don’t do nothing 1 hour before closing and price change at the counter. Not satisfied with they customer service

I went to look for pavers with some idea of what I wanted based on a picture I saw. Alex was super patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to explain the slight difference in items that I was not aware of and didn't rush me along. True customer service at its best. When I came back with my husband, we encountered the same level of professionalism and attentiveness he worked with us to understand exactly how much materials we needed. Expect to wait all day for the delivery as there is no real window, but the customer service was A+.

Excellent selection and friendly staff.

Staff are extremely slow with the phones to the point you’d wonder if it was on purpose. Examples of this is putting you on hold for over twenty minutes to see if the have something in stock to either hang up on you or take you off of hold and start the conversation again as if you weren’t just on hold. They’ll tell you they have something in stock on the phone then when you drive out there they say they’ve been out of that paver or wall color all week.
