This is my 3rd experience with Empire Floors in 10 years over 3 homes. Only once have I been disappointed. This was not that time. My sales consultant Ruby (m) was excellent!! Punctual, personable, knowledgeable & accommodating. He took time to get to know my family lifestyle & goals, while making sure all financing options were clearly articulated. When my first flooring selection didn’t meet my expectations , Ruby didn’t hesitate to reschedule another appointment in a timely manner, bring additional samples, chat up my senior husband up & reassure me that I would be completely satisfied. I’m so lucky to have found this Empire Today office. They offer a fantastic product for much much less than competitors. Beginning with the consultant Todd (ask for Todd), the process was transparent, extremely reasonable and fair. Unlike other bids, this is a 2-step instead of a 3 or 4-step process. The consultant brings the samples, builds the quote in front of you, presents the contract immediately and from start to finish, I had a complicated new kitchen floor in about 5 days. And, the installers! They were wonderful. They worked tirelessly, making complicated cuts, and without any breaks. They put plastic up around everything, removed everything, went way above and beyond and left me thrilled—just walking around with my mouth hanging open. Use these guys. They’re great. And

We recently had carpet installed by Empire Today in three of our offices, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the sales rep. Kevin Edmonson through scheduling and the final inspection everything flowed smoothly. All three offices were completed in a timely manner, and the finished product looks professional and has significantly improved the appearance of the spaces. We appreciate the team’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right.

Very pleased with my experience with Empire Today. This is my second time working with them and I was beyond pleased both times. I worked with Kevin Edmondson this time around and he was so patient and accommodating with my excessive level of indecisiveness and I truly appreciated that! After weeks of going back and forth, I finally decided on a carpet that I loved and it turned out beautifully! I will not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend!

Todd was super helpful through out our flooring update process. From consultation to installation he gave us updates and made sure everything was lined up. The floors look amazing and the install team was just as professional as Todd.
