Great customer service. Desiree was very thorough in her presentation, offering different samples of carpeting for us to preview. And she was very knowledgeable concerning what type would better suit our needs. Ernesto, Fernando and Moises did an excellent job of installing the carpet. They were very thorough, on time, And did an excellent job from start to finish. We would definitely use their services again when we need more carpeting done.

We had a wonderful experience with Empire. Robert (Medearis) arrived one day after I initially scheduled my in home quote. He was very professional and lovely to work with. We needed to have a stairwell landing and our upstairs carpet removed and replaced with wood. They also replaced two baseboards that had been damaged by our dogs. We literally went from quote to installation in 3 days (which was also two days before Thanksgiving). The wood floor installation was beautiful. Our installer Douglas, who was equally great, worked alone because the other installer was sick. Douglas still finished it in less than 2 days. The quality is top notch and they were able to very closely color match our existing wood. I would highly recommend Empire for your next flooring job!!

We had the most marvelous experience with Robert Medearis and Empire. Robert was responsive, thoughtful and considerate of our timeline and goals. He made a trip back when we decided to add to the scope of our initial project. We're thrilled with the final results - couldn't be happier!

Robert M. was absolutely great introducing us to the updated products that would complement the flooring we already have in our home! He was knowledgeable, very straightforward, detailed, & efficient. The decision process was easy - no calls back to the office for "negotiating", just clear cut pricing. This is our second flooring experience with Empire & it keeps getting better! Unfortunately, we were less than pleased with the installation. The baseboards ended at the top of the staircase, but extended a few inches past the end of the hallway. It looks somewhat unfinished at best. We requested the installer to run the baseboard down each side of the stairs. He agreed, but could not do the work until the following Friday. Thursday evening he texted and canceled, rescheduled for Saturd

From the beginning Robert with Empire was delightful and very informative about what I needed for my rental property. Timing was great and install gentleman were very helpful. Definitely use and refer Empire again!
