I’m so happy with my new luxury vinyl planks flooring. My flooring Consultant, Corrine Green was wonderful! She was very pleasant to work with! She was very knowledgeable. The installers came the next day and they did a great job! The floors look fantastic! Three Cats friendly!

This was my first experience with Empire Today. I have to say, I was genuinely pleased with the entire process. Ryan, the salesman was very knowledgeable about their product (carpet, in this case) and was easily accessible when I had follow-up questions. Also, I was kept informed about the arrival date and installation (as my carpet was a special order). I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the outstanding service I received.

Looking for new flooring options and reached out to Empire Today and left a message around 1am and made an appt for 3pm today rep Eric Norris was here at 2:18pm. He showed me several options from ceramic to laminate. He measured all of the rooms and closets. Extremely thorough. Explained the whole process of installation and my concerns about the different types of flooring. I look forward to working with them. All options were in my price range. Now I just have to do my due diligence and wait for God’s approval. New floors on the way. The tile is mine. Need to choose my final option.

Dealing with Empire has been awesome. From the initial consult to the final installation, it has been 5⭐️ across the board. Particularly noteworthy was the professionalism and attention to detail by Emmanuel, our installer. He arrived on time, worked non stop and cleaned up and put all the furniture back.

Our initial contact with the sales team was very cordial and professional. John Gravelle and Michael Dumas were both present to provide us with a flooring estimate and to explain flooring choices and procedures. Both were low-key in their sales approach and did not put pressure on us or attempt to unduly influence our choices and decisions. After we signed a contract on our floor, John continued to be accessible to communicate about timing and provide answers to various questions. Onofre Silva was the contractor in charge of our new floor installation. The first day his team demoed the old, cracked tile floor and poured leveling cement.
