UPDATE: installation was awful. They didn't finish and didn't set up my bedroom furniture so I had to move it all on my own to have somewhere to sleep. Damage to multiple baseboards. Blood on front of steps. They are refusing to fix the door they broke saying the damage was already there. The photo is timestamped for 9:30AM when they arrived to move furniture at 7:15AM. If already damaged as claimed, they should've alerted me personally instead of hiding it and trying to cover their mistake. I will never use Empire again. Michael Rainone was a pleasure to work with. He worked quickly and was knowledgeable about the materials and able to guide us to carpets that best fit our needs. I appreciated that he got us the best deal possible without pressure or meticulous back and forth. I

Had an appointment with Sherry today and it went great! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience from start to finish. The flooring appointment was smooth, informative, and completely stress-free. She took the time to explain all of our options without any pressure. Our questions were answered clearly, and we felt confident moving forward because of how transparent and professional everything was. Highly recommend to anyone considering new flooring. Glad to have done it with Empire again!

Very happy with my sales man. He went beyond helping me with colors and choosing products. Irfan Al-Haq is very nice and easy to work with.

We purchased carpet for our house in July of 2022 from empire and Michael was our salesman. We have been very happy with our carpet. We had a plumbing problem in the bathroom attached to our master bedroom and the carpet was wet and damaged. We need to replace the carpet and they have stopped making the original carpet. Michael went to a lot of hoops to find another carpet of the same quality with a similar color. Michael is so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very funny. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

They put the beds back together very poorly. I needed a handyman to fix them. The old carpet on the sides of the stairs was left stuck on the walls. The curtains were tied in knots and a week later they are still wrinkled and will need to be dry cleaned. They also left my driveway covered with carpet pieces.
