First time using Empire Today and everything was exceptional. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Warren Waller came to our home and took us through the ordering process. We ordered our carpet for over 800sqft of carpet. He was very professional and thorough. In a few hours, everything was measured and ready to go. Four days later the installers arrived. They did a perfect job, got it done very timely and left the hose clean. I would highly recommend Empire to anyone looking for new flooring. Everyone was great to work with and we are happy with our carpet and the price we paid.
