We had ed for are salesman! He was fantastic!! We are very elated with the beautiful wood floors. That was on the main floor, upstairs we had carpet installed. Absolutely beautiful! We had the best installers! They all were amazing!! It couldn’t have been smoother we had the wood flooring being installed the same time the carpet was installed. EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!

The installers installed my LVP transitions incorrectly. They separated at the seams, they’re lifting from the flooring, and the nails stick up where feet and socks get caught on them. I called Empire flooring back over six times over the course of two weeks to have the issue fixed. I keep getting told the same thing over and over that someone will call me and they never do. I would never recommend this company to anyone and it is overpriced for the poor quality of product that you get. I had to cover the nails with painters tape so my infant wouldn’t get injured. ** Six day later update ** Someone called me finally after I left the above review to have this issue addressed. I told them I could only do the morning of Friday. I was scheduled for Friday and I was told they could not guaran

I purchased my carpet and set up an installation day with a commitment from 8am to 6pm was the first strike. The second strike is that no one ever came nor did they call to say they weren't coming. When I finally go in touch with them they rescheduled for a different day and while putting my carpet in they put a hole in my wall but failed to mention it to me! Edited to say that I called to report the damage and the useless representative told me that she had to send my complaint to the Milwaukee office and that someone would be getting back to me soon. I called again on Monday and that useless representative told me that someone would get back to me in 3 business days. I called again on Thursday and the rep told me that no one even bothered to enter my complaint or any notes from my calls
