Rabih, the sales rep, was courteous and efficient and made the process super easy to understand. This is my second time buying new carpets with Empire. The price is all-inclusive and extremely reasonable, and the carpet I bought 4 years ago has held up so well, I am having the same brand, different color. Installed in all 3 bedrooms. 10/10!

THIS IS A BEFORE AND AFTER REVIEW I am trying to renovate my home and I had a consultant come in and he seemed to be very nice and trustworthy. I went through some carpet samples but he never explained to me the type of carpet I was picking (nylon). When they installed my carpet. I realized that the carpet looked defective. It was two toned and footprints all over it. This is NOT what I saw on the sample, nor was I told that the carpet I picked would look like it did. They knew the issue because they eventually told me and my husband in the callback. I called back within 4 days of the installation about my concern and was face with rudeness and unemphatic service reps. A manager called back sounding like he was ready to make things right after seeing pictures of the carpet but I have yet

Called for an appointment on a Monday, the new kitchen floor was down and finished on Wednesday. The guys were knowledgeable and efficient. They put everything back as we had it. Cleaned up and made sure it was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful experience with Cassidy. She gave us a quote on both carpet and laminate. Got to see beautiful samples and she gave us a lot of information to help us make our decision! We can’t wait to get our carpet installed with empire thanks to Cassidy.
