In 2023, we purchased carpet from Empire after being told by their salesman that it was “one of their highest quality options” and superior to our existing carpet. That was completely untrue. From day one, the carpet has been thin, flimsy, and nothing like the plush samples shown during the sales process. It looks dirty no matter how much we vacuum, professionally clean (Stanley Steemer), or even steam ourselves. The quality is shockingly poor for the price we paid. The installation was even worse. Empire clearly hired the cheapest crew possible and rushed the job. My entire experience with Empire was satisfactory. Linay was my sales representative who made choosing the right options easy. I loved that they come right to your home with plenty of choices, but not too many to be overwhelming. I replaced old carpet with wood to match some existing wood floors. I also changed carpet in other rooms. My installer’s were Oscar and his crew. They were very respectful and did a great job. I am very happy with my new floors and feel like I’m in a new house!

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed a rental property bedrooms and stairs carpeted. Thomas Lamb our flooring consult was quick to give us an appt. He brought all the samples. Very knowledgeable about our needs for it being a rental. He secured us an expedited date for install. The installer did a fantastic job. Provided great communication for his ETA! This was the easiest experience I have had as a landlord in 30 years! Thank you Empire!

We worked with Sam hodroj who was absolutely amazing. We do three companies that day and Empire was the lowest cost AND best quality for our remodel. We did a large portion of our house and Sam did everything to help us meet both our financial and lifestyle needs. While the other companies were knowledgeable, Sam took the time to explain the differences between our options without us having to ask. In addition, they had so many more color options to choose from. By far the best experience we had in home service/remodel. Thank you Sam!

Very quick service and job looks very good. We had carpet and laminate flooring. Laminate crew was a little unprepared coupled with empire doesn’t have white stair risers more than 48” and our first 4 steps are wider so me and the subcontractor owner went to Home Depot to buy longer ones and they are only primed not painted. So I may have to paint the risers but they do match the empire ones and look good so hopefully not. My real complaint is the clean up. Did cutting inside and left a coating of dust on everything in the immediate area but not terrible so I’m still giving 5 stars. Job looks professionally done. First time dealing with laminate so hopefully it stays looking good. The carpet guys were in and out by lunch time and did a good job. Looks professionally done. Also first time d
