Empire replaced my windows, entry doors, and a patio slider. Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish! My electric bill has definitely decreased, they are visually appealing and the company is great to work with! Courteous and respectful of both my time and my space. They made this an easy choice. We recently had Empire Window Company complete a full exterior makeover of our home in the Avon, Ohio area, including new siding, windows, and gutters throughout the house. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Our salesperson, Jessie, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we wanted without any high-pressure tactics. The installation teams were just as impressive. The window crew did meticulous work, and the siding team, led by Ed, was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy every day. We had two double hung windows removed and replaced with a bay window. We also had another double hung window removed and replaced with a sliding glass door. From the salesman to the installers, this crew is excellent. It only took 6 hours for total removal and installation. In the winter it is amazing how quick and clean the installation went. I can’t say enough how great this company is. They opened up our entire dining room. We love it.

Had a good experience with Empire Window Company. I say "good" only because it took almost 5 months to get our windows in which unfortunately put us beyond the 2025 tax credit. We called multiple times to check on the status and every time a different response was given as to the delay. Mike and Ted were great installers and were very nice and respectful of our space. Can't wait to be able to open the windows this spring.

Great experience all around. Sales team was on-point and installers were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well. There are some minor concerns on the exterior but it was 12 degrees outside that day. I've been assured these will be rectified when warmer temps permit.
