EmpireWorks Reconstruction

I recently did a project in Azusa for paint, wood replacement, patio deck sealing and roofing with Empireworks. Derek Reid and James Livingston ran the project seamlessly. Working with HOAs requires a lot of steps. As a Community Manager it makes the job easier when the Company is there to facilitate the needs of the Board of Directors, from handling notices to walking with Management and the Board, to attending board meeting and town halls to answer questions from the homeowners. I can say they did a great job and made it easy to work with them for so many months as they did multiple projects at the same time. Thank you for all you do!

Frank Lopez, has been a great addition to our project. Franks ability to manage and layout his team as well as provide best in class service is invaluable. Frank pays great attention to detail and is always willing to go the extra to keep the project on schedule.

We are in the middle of a reconstruction project with Empire Works. So far the experience has been excellent. I speak highly of our account executive Derek Reid. His professionalism is superb, he listens to our concerns, corresponds promptly, works with us, addresses our concerns in a fast manner and is always available. The crew on site are experts in the job they do, they take pride in what they are doing, are respectful, and quiet. Their foreman Nick is very professional. EmpireWorks Reconstruction is currently doing roofing and siding repairs in our condo community. We have had a wonderful experience working with Derek Reid who has masterfully coordinated the work and communicated our needs to his crews. Derek is eager to help us out at each step of the reconstruction and he keeps us notified of the progress. He quickly returns phone calls and emails. Derek's main concern is to ensure our satisfaction with the work. For example, he continues to provide us with paint color samples (10 so far) until we find the right color. Couldn't speak more highly of this company and their crew. As a Board member for the HOA at my community, we hired Empire Works to paint our entire community (28 buildings, 168 units) and complete the SB 326 inspection and compliance work. They bid the jobs in a timely and professional manner. They helped the Board pick out color combinations that really revived the look of an, almost, 20-year-old property; and, that went over the old, outdated, 80s looking buildings and doors without bleed through. They provided ample notice to all residents that work would be starting and have kept the residents and Board up-to-date on their progress.
