Amazing to staff. Installed my basement floor and we had a water leak 3 years later. They fixed it immediately, it looks as good as new. Will definitely use them for all my flooring needs in the future.

When they installed my flooring they used my garage to cut the boards and got sawdust all over and didn't clean up. The flooring is now buckling because it was installed incorrectly ( according to their inspector) and they refuse to fix or replace it. I do not recommend Empire flooring.

I had an incredible experience selecting flooring for our new build. We worked with Joy, and she was so incredibly helpful and informative. I knew the look what I wanted, but not exactly the type of tiles we needed to achieve that look and she was great at taking the time to help us find samples, and walking us through the project. We came back a few times to get things right and she was so kind and helpful. Could not recommend working with Joy at Empresa enough. Excited to see the floors installed!

If you ever need a flooring job done right, Empire Flooring is the place to go! Their show room is filled with every style and brand you might ever need. Our house was done a few days ago and it looks great. The service by the employees was also fantastic!

Empressa team did a terrific job on in repairing our floor. They were quick to respond, schedule, and complete. They kept all their commitments and did a great job correcting an issue from the original build.
