I would like to commend Arcine Gotkas and his assistant for the efficient and professional way in which they tackled my house wiring. The house was built in 1963 and has the original wiring and fixtures. They upgraded everything to meet current electrical codes and updated switches and overhead lights throughout the house. They installed a new main panel that incorporates breakers and wiring for a proposed heat pump, which will replace the current natural gas furnace. Their work improved the stability of electrical service in the home, which had become intermittent on some circuits. I am more than satisfied with their work and their efficiency. I will happily recommend Empyre Electric to anyone needing renewal of their electrical systems.

Usually when I work with electricians they act like they are better than the rest of us. That is not the case with Arcine he talked to me like I was 5 years old so it was super easy to communicate and I understood the process. Best in class!!!!

Archie did a great job of running a new 240V line for a hot tub. He did a quality installation that passed permit inspection 1st time without any problems. His price was fair. I would definitely hire him again!

Archie is very personable in an authentic way; kind, approachable, takes input without defensiveness. He did the job as requested, was timely on returning his quote, stuck to his quote, and performed extra work we requested in a manner that improved the aesthetics of the room. When the city inspector pointed out an issue, Archie worked with the inspector to resolve it, all without attitude. Not knowing the field, we cannot speak specifically to skill- other than things are working as they should- but we highly recommend Archie and Empyre Electric for a pleasant customer service experience!
