Emser Tile

Had to stop by today to pick up a small tile order for my dad who’s sick right now and had such a great experience with Rob and Sean! Rob was so kind and accommodating and went out of his way to help as did Sean at the counter. Great customer service experiences are hard to come by these days, please let these guys know how appreciated they are! Will return for future projects and confidently recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks again and happy holidays!

Garbage products cheep I mean really cheep product I would not even accept theyr products for free hou garbage theyr products are ....

I had a great experience working with Abdur Aziz at Emser Tile. It had been a while since we had discussed our tile choice, which was natural silver travertine. He requested that we can come back in to look at the tile again since the look had slightly changed. That impressed me. He has had to communicate with a few people on our team and he was always available to answer questions or add more material for our tile people when they said we needed something additional. I appreciate his hard work, his customer service and I look forward to completing our pool with Emser too. Thanks Abdur!

BEWARE OF 25% RE-STOCKING FEE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: They never mentioned any re-stocking fee while I made my purchase and I was told I could return unused boxes as long as they are not opened so I ended up buying more than I need to be on safe side but when I returned the left overs they charged me 25% re-stocking fee for the boxes I never opened. Your customer service reps should be informing customers about the restocking fee before we make a purchase. I would not recommend Emser and they are not customer friendly by any means.
